I used to suffer from insomnia most nights. It’s not an experience you want to keep having for the rest of your life so I went on a mission to try to cure it without sleeping pills. It was a slow process but it turned into a nightly routine with about 10 steps that I do most every evening. The result is that now I hardly ever stay awake all night. Today I’d like to share those tips with you and hope they help you get a good night’s sleep.
